Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 4-day free trial, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee if you decide it isn't the right fit. Enterprise engagements begin with a no-obligation risk assessment.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. There are no lock-in contracts on standard plans, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Are there hidden or per-incident fees?
Never. The price you see is the price you pay. Even during an active incident, response is covered by your plan — no surprise invoices when you need us most.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and, for annual and enterprise plans, invoicing via bank transfer. Annual billing comes with two months free.

How do you protect the data you collect?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is governed by strict least-privilege controls, and our own environment is monitored by the same SOC that protects clients. We hold ourselves to the standards we ask of you.
Are you compliant with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA?
Yes. S-Security maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications and supports clients' GDPR and HIPAA obligations with the appropriate data-processing agreements and reporting.
Will you ever sell or share my data?
No. We never sell client data, and we only process it to deliver and improve your protection. Transparency is a core value — you can always see what we hold and why.
Where is my data stored?
In secure, certified data centers within the region you choose. Enterprise clients can specify data-residency requirements to meet local regulatory needs.

Response SLAs depend on your plan — from a 4-hour target on Family up to a 15-minute critical-response SLA on Enterprise. Our average mean time to detect is under five minutes.
Do I get a dedicated point of contact?
Premium clients are assigned a dedicated security advisor who knows your environment. Enterprise clients get a named SOC pod and a white-glove account team.
